Goldwaala is a marketplace / lead-generation platform. We help connect customers with partner banks and NBFCs that offer gold loans. We do not lend money directly unless explicitly stated. All loan offers, approvals, rates, charges, disbursal timelines, gold valuation and policies are at the sole discretion of the partner lender.
The interest rates, LTV, EMI, loan amounts and other figures shown on the website (including in the calculator) are indicative only and not a commitment to lend. Final figures are confirmed by the partner lender after gold valuation and KYC.
By submitting an enquiry, you authorise Goldwaala and its partner lenders to contact you regarding gold loans through phone calls, SMS, email or WhatsApp, even if your number is registered on the DND/NDNC list.
You must be at least 18 years old, an Indian resident and the rightful owner of the gold you propose to pledge. You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information. We may decline or deprioritise enquiries that appear false, duplicate or abusive.
Goldwaala does not charge customers any fee for submitting an enquiry. Any charges that apply during the loan process are charged by the partner lender, and are disclosed before sanction.
All content, logos, layouts and code on the website are the property of Goldwaala or its licensors, and protected by applicable laws. You may not copy, reproduce or republish without our written permission.
The website may include links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, policies or practices of those websites.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Goldwaala shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from the use of the website or the products and services offered by partner lenders. Your relationship for the actual loan is with the lender, governed by their loan agreement.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of competent courts in India.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the website after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
